David Scott
Co-founder of PMWorks, David Scott has 35+ years of consulting and project management experience. David demonstrates unwavering success in developing requirements with effective project management practices across various industries and government agencies.
David specializes in helping organizations through their initial project baselining to complete implementation of an earned value management system (EVMS) using best of breed software solutions coupled with business system integration. His project leadership experience has been applied across multiple government funded projects for DoD, NSF, DHS, and DOE.
Prior to co-founding PMWorks in 2023, David was the founder and President of Prime Project Management (PrimePM) for over 15 years. With his daily hands-on approach, he will continue to enhance the company's innovative and result-oriented style to resolve business challenges.
David earned his B.B.A. in Business Management from Texas Wesleyan University.
