Elliott Golnar
Co-founder of PMWorks, Elliott Golnar has 15+ years of experience in the project management and construction industry. Elliott has spent much of his career working on multibillion-dollar construction projects including particle accelerators, commercial construction, and aerospace projects. Some of these projects include the Electron-Ion Collider (EIC), National Synchrotron Light Source II (NSLS-II), National Enrichment Facility, and the FA-22 Raptor.
Elliott has founded multiple companies including Horizon Consulting, which specializes in custom tool development and implementation in the project controls industry. Horizon Consulting merged to form PMWorks in 2023.
Elliott oversees strategic direction, development, and software architecture for PMWorks. His vast professional experience coupled with his years in process development and project management allow him to visualize, analyze, and deliver high quality solutions.
Elliott earned a B.B.A. in Finance and Entrepreneurship from Gonzaga University and holds a PMP.
